Come and experience a day of adventure and discovery on the magnificent St-François River, in the heart of the Eastern Townships — an experience designed for women who wish to learn fly fishing in a friendly, inspiring setting surrounded by nature.

This full-day introduction is specially designed for beginners who want to learn the basics of one-handed fly fishing, discover the pleasure of casting, understand the different flies and soak up the wild beauty of the St-François, an iconic river in southern Quebec.

Under the benevolent guidance of our passionate and experienced mentor , you will learn at your own pace — with your feet in the water or from the bank — to develop your confidence, your technique and your connection with nature.

An authentic, intimate and enriching experience , where every moment becomes an opportunity to take a break, breathe and savor the simplicity of the present moment… while discovering a new passion!

A river with character: the St-François, renowned for its beauty, gentle currents and peaceful landscapes — an ideal place to start fly fishing.
Intimate group: only 4 participants , for personalized support, in a warm and relaxed atmosphere.

Our goal:

To offer you a gentle, accessible and inspiring first experience of fly fishing — to teach you the basics, give you confidence, and offer you a special moment of connection with yourself and nature.

What you will learn:

  • Basic Techniques 101: The first steps of fly casting and one-handed rod handling.

  • River safety: the right reflexes to move calmly in and around the water.

  • Flies & equipment: discover the types of flies, understand their use and choose the right equipment to get started.
